Configure your working time or the availability in this plugin so that customers can book a slot within that time. And, it will avoid multiple customers booking the same time slot. If you are providing any training or online classes, you will be able to allow multiple customers to book the same slot. Also, this plugin will take confirmation from your side before officially confirming an appointment. Furthermore, you will be able to send reminders to customers to avoid no-shows.
If you have customers from all over the world, their time zone will be different from yours. But, this plugin books the slots considering the time zones of the customer’s location, and so there will not be any time-based conflicts.

1. Allow Customers to Book Appointments or Reserve Time Slots
The plugin allows defining fixed time slots if you are running service-based businesses like online classes, tour guiding, etc. If you are running a business like a hotel, you can leave customers to book a slot as per their requirements. Along with that, you can block the required time duration at which you don’t want them to book a slot.
2. Set the Minimum and Maximum Number of Participants
Set a minimum and a maximum number of participants to take appointments if you allow multiple customers to book the same time slot.
3. Provide Offers for Specific Customers and Special Days
Set special prices for specific customers, like provide offers to children, or offer a discount to the customers who booked multiple time slots. Also, charge higher prices on weekends and holidays as per your requirements.
4. Admin Holds the Complete Control Over Bookings
Admin can review a booking before its official confirmation. If you have any other commitments in priority at the reserved time slot, you can cancel it as early as possible.
5. Send Reminders
Sending reminders to customers before the reserved time slot will ensure there will be no-shows by customers. If the customers cannot show up, the admin can cancel the appointment easily.
6. Automatic Updates on Calender
You can view all appointments and bookings in a month on the calendar. Sync with your Google Calendar as per your requirements. If any customer took an appointment through a phone call or other sources, you can add it to the calendar manually.
